Ron Haase has been named the vice president and chief human resources officer of both Genesys Health system and St. Mary?s of Michigan.Haase had served as a vice president of human resources of St. Mary?s since 2009. St. Mary?s is located in Saginaw.Haase?s duties will include overseeing human resources and labor relations at Genesys.Before working at St. Mary?s, he was senior vice president of human resources at Hackley Health in the Muskegon area, vice president of human resources for Arbor Drugs (now known as CVS) and vice president of human resources for St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland.?This new shared executive leadership role is part of the innovative approaches being considered and developed within the Michigan ministries of Ascension Michigan to share and streamline our resources in the face of healthcare reform,?
