1) LL.M. - 2 year Course?

Eligibility: LL.B. with 50% Marks

2) LL.M. (Evening) - 3 year Course

Eligibility: LL.B. with 50% Marks

Last Date: 15.06.2011

Post Graduate Diploma in Specialized branches of Law (Evening Classes)

(iii) ? Cyber Law

(iv) ? Environmental Law and Management

(v) ? ?Human Rights Law

(vi) ? Intellectual Property Rights Law

(vii) ? International Trade Law

(ix) ? Securities & Banking Law

(x) ? ?Tax Law

Eligibility: For all Post Graduate Diploma courses except Labour Law the minimum requirement is Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised university. For PG Diploma in Labour Law the minimum requirement is a law degree or M.A. in Social Science (IInd Division)

The Indian Law Institute is a Deemed University vide Government of India Notification No. F.9-9/2001-U.3 dated 29th October, 2004.

The Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to LL.M. programmes will be held on Saturday, 25.06.2011.

Bulletin of Information/Prospectus containing Application Form (Price Rs. 250/-) can be purchased from the Institute on all working days between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Bulletin of information can ?also be obtained by POST from the Institute on payment of Rs. 310/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of 'Indian Law Institute' payable at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed envelop of 24 X 30 cms. size. Application Form can also be downloaded from the ILI website www.ili.ac.in?

The Indian Law Institute (ILI) was founded in 1956 primarily with the objective of promoting and conducting legal research. The objectives of the Institute as laid down in its Memorandum of Association are to cultivate the science of law, to promote advanced studies and research in law so as to meet the social, economic and other needs of the Indian people, to promote systematization of law, to encourage and conduct investigations in legal and allied fields, to improve legal education, to impart instructions in law, and to publish studies, books, periodicals, etc.
